Octagon shaped in a gleaming marble facade, the Little Theatre features an exterior charming promenade, balcony and a permanent stage area. The balcony overlooks the main floor on five sides. Lighted alcoves provide a sheltered setting for beverage service. Theater seating for up to 400 people and banquet seating for 225 with balcony alcove seating adding up to 36 people.

One of four self-contained venues in the Municipal Auditorium, the Little Theatre has its own entrance on the south side of 13th Street with a lighted marquee, lobby, box office, coat-check and restrooms. Visitors may also enter through the Municipal Auditorium Grand Foyer or from the Auditorium Plaza Garage by way of a beautiful underground walkway.
